We're looking for your Top Tips for spending more time with your family, getting active and generally surviving life with super-sporty kids.

Your tip could be anything from unusual family remedies and advice, to the secret to getting your kids to eat their greens. Any tip, big or small, we want to hear about it - for example:

"If you're worried that the kids' water bottle is getting grotty, drop a couple of Alka-Seltzer tablets in with some water and leave them to soak, then rinse out."

The best of the best will win £3000 worth of Beko appliances - announced in July.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotions are open to all persons aged 18 and over and resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees, and their immediate families of BEKO Plc, their associated companies, agents and anyone else professionally connected with these promotions.
  2. No purchase is necessary to participate in this competition. To enter the promotions you will require internet access and a Facebook account.
  3. Only one entry per person.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
  5. No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition. In order to be eligible to enter you must Like the Beko Mums United Facebook page and provide a current email address and your top tip. All participants who do this will be eligible and automatically entered into the competition.
  6. Each entrant that successfully enters their details will be eligible to win the main prize of £3000 worth of Beko appliances based on Beko plc recommended retail price. In addition the best top tip of the week will win a Beko washing machine from the large capacity range.

    Beko will also be giving away spot prizes every week, the prize will be a week’s course at an Official Soccer School, or a Beko kit for your child’s team.

  7. The Judging Process:

    Each top tip will be eligible to win the top prize of £3000 worth of Beko appliances, the winner will be selected by the Beko Mums United fans.

    The opening date for this submitting your entry is the 27th April 2012, 12.00pm GMT and the closing date is 11.59pm on June 21st 2012, No entries will be accepted after this time.

    Stage 1
    All entries received before 11.59 on June 21st 2012 will be eligible to be shortlisted for our judging panel. The shortlisted entries will be judged by a diverse and independent panel of judges appointed by Beko. The judging panel will select the best 25 Top Tips from those entries submitted.

    The decision of the judges is final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Competition.

    The selection of the entries shortlisted is final and no correspondence will be entered into. A list of those shortlisted will be available on written request to the Promoter as are the full names of the judges.

    Stage 2
    The final 25 Top Tips will be published on Beko Mums United Facebook Fan Page and fans of Beko Mums United may vote for the Top Tip they consider to be the best entry.

    Online voting will open on 27th June 2012. 00.00 GMT and close at 23.59 on 7th July 2012. No entries and votes after this point will be accepted.

    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries from participating in the competition if it has reason to believe that anyone voting for such entries has been paid or incentivized in any way for placing their vote, either by the entrant or any third party.

    Prizes of the Competition:
    The best Top Tip of the week will win a Beko washing machine from the large capacity range. Each winner will be notified that they have won a prize by email. Any winner who has not responded to the notification within 5 days will forfeit their prize.

    The Top Tip with the most votes at 23.59 on 7th July 2012 will be awarded the main prize of £3000 worth of Beko appliances.

  8. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of an entrant to take up the specified prize.
  9. The prizes will be delivered to the winners as soon as possible after the date of response from the winners. Any taxes payable in relation to the prize will be for the winner to bear.
  10. Maximum of one entry per person per prize draw. Should the prizes become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.
  11. Your data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this promotion and for creating marketing materials. Your details will be stored by the promoter for future marketing campaigns. Your details are not collected by or shared with Facebook for the purposes of this promotion.
  12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and by entering this promotion you hereby release Facebook from any liability in respect of this promotion.
  13. It is a condition of entry that you hereby acknowledge that you may be asked to take part in other promotional activities and to provide further digital photographs of yourself for use in promotional or marketing materials by the Promoter.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or change the details of the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions without notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  15. The decision of the Promoter on any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  17. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law.
