Firstly, check that your freezer is definitely plugged in – are items of food still being kept cold and frozen?
If your freezer is definitely plugged in, your freezer lightbulb may have burned out and is in need of replacing. Check the bulb to see if it has a dark area in the bulb itself and if upon shaking the lightbulb you hear a rattling noise, the filaments inside are damaged. It is therefore recommended to purchase a replacement lightbulb for your freezer.
