How do I make a claim?

To claim your Finish Products, you must submit your claim no later than two weeks after purchasing your new Beko Dishwasher or before midnight on 21st November 2018 whichever is earliest by one of the following methods:

  1. Complete the claim form found in participating retail stores, or

  2. Download and complete a claim form at
    The completed claim form and a copy of the receipt of the your new Beko dishwasher should then be sent by post to:

  3. Complete an online claim by clicking the claim now button at Simply complete the required details and upload a picture of your receipt when prompted.


Which Beko dishwashers are included in the promotion?

All Beko dishwashers are included in the promotion excluding Beko AutoDose models which are included in a separate offer.

When do I have to purchase one of the selected promotion dishwasher models to receive my Free 3 months’ supply of Finish Products?

The purchase must have been made between midnight on 4th October and 23:59 on 7th November 2018, supported with the receipt showing the model number and date of purchase.

When do I have to submit my claim form by?

Claim Forms must be received before 23:59 on 21st November 2018.

Is the promotion valid for Republic of Ireland?

Unfortunately this promotion is only valid in the UK.

What documents do I need?

We require a fully completed claim form and your receipt or invoice, which includes retailer details, product code and date of purchase to process your claim. The information must be clearly readable for us to validate your claim.

I posted my original receipt with my claim form, will it be returned?

We recommend to make a claim online at but if you post your claim with your original receipt it will be returned to you. However, to be safe, we still recommend that you take a copy of your original receipt before posting.

What do I do if my product is out of stock, or I am unable to take possession before the cut-off date for receipt of my claim?

The purchase must have been made between midnight on 4th October 2018 and 23:59 on 7th November 2018 with evidence provided.

What if my receipt/invoice doesn't confirm my date of purchase or model number?

Please provide a copy of your receipt/invoice and any other documentation which is relevant to your purchase and shows the information required.

How long will it take for my claim to be processed?

Provided everything is completed as stated, please allow up to 45 days from receipt of your claim form, to receive your Free 3 months’ supply of Finish Products.
