Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan for your broken-down appliance, providing a one-off repair (where repairable) with continuing maintenance and support for your product via the exclusive D&G online portal. It is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.

To be eligible for Repair & Care, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Your product must be owned by you and no longer protected by its manufacturer's parts and labour guarantee and be located in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
