How do I make a claim?
You can claim 3 month free Finish products on any Beko dishwasher purchased between 3rd October 2019 and 5th December 2019 inclusive.
To claim your Finish Products, you must submit your claim no later than two weeks after purchasing your new Beko Dishwasher or before midnight on 19th December 2019:
Instructions for making a claim:
Complete the claim form including your dishwasher model number and upload a copy of your proof or purchase.
When you successfully submit the claim form you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note, we cannot accept any liability for incorrect information being submitted through the claim form that results in delay or failure to receive the Finish Products.
Which Beko dishwashers are included in the promotion?
This promotion applies to any freestanding or built in Beko dishwasher purchased through the following retailers for the duration of the promotion:
- AO Retail Limited
- Buy It Direct
- Dixons Carphone (Currys PC World)
- CIH Euronics *
- Hughes TV and Audio Ltd
- John Lewis & Partners
- JP Distribution Studios
- Magnet Trade
* Includes all independent retailers acting as members or agents operating of Euronics or CIH Ltd
When do I have to purchase one of the selected promotion dishwasher models to receive my Free 3 month supply of Finish products?
The purchase must have been made between 00.01 3rd October 2019 and 23.59 5th December 2019.
When do I have to submit my claim form by?
Claims must be received no later than 2 weeks after purchase or before midnight on 19th December 2019 whichever occurs soonest.
Is the promotion valid for Republic of Ireland?
Unfortunately, this promotion is only valid in the UK.
What do I do if my product is out of stock, or I am unable to take possession before the cut-off date for receipt of my claim?
The purchase must have been made between 3rd October and 5th December 2019 with evidence provided.
How long will it take for my claim to be processed?
Provided everything is completed as stated, please allow up to 28 days from email confirmation of your claim to receive your Free 3 month supply of Finish Products.
My Finish products have not arrived?
If you have received your email confirmation following your claim and your tablets have not arrived, please contact Consumer.Relationsfirstname.lastname@example.org.
