How do I make a claim?
To claim your Finish Products, you must submit your claim no later than two weeks after purchasing your new Beko AutoDose Connected Dishwasher or before midnight on 11th September 2019:
Instructions for making a claim:
- Download the HomeWhiz app from the App Store (Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (Android devices). For more information about HomeWhiz, click here
- Register for a HomeWhiz account following the in-app instructions.
- Once prompted select your consumables partner as “Finish 365”, complete the “Sign up” process and “checkout”. You will be asked to enter your address during the sign-up process. Please ensure this is correct as this will be used to deliver your Finish products
- Enter your 10-digit Beko Product Number/Stock Code (starting 76) into the “Voucher Code” window and select “Submit Voucher Code” which will bring up your free of charge Finish promotion starter pack. Click here for help on finding your Product Number/Stock code.
Which Beko dishwashers are included in the promotion?

When do I have to purchase one of the selected promotion dishwasher models to receive my Free 6 month supply of Finish Gel?
The purchase must have been made between 00.01 28th February and 23.59 28th August 2019.
When do I have to submit my claim form by?
Claims must be received no later than 2 weeks after purchase or before midnight on 11th September 2019 whichever occurs soonest.
Where can I purchase one of the promotional dishwasher models?

Is the promotion valid for Republic of Ireland?
Unfortunately, this promotion is only valid in the UK.
What do I do if my product is out of stock, or I am unable to take possession before the cut-off date for receipt of my claim?
The purchase must have been made between 28th February and 28th August 2019 with evidence provided.
How long will it take for my claim to be processed?
Provided everything is completed as stated, please allow up to 14 days from email confirmation of your claim to receive your Free 6 month supply of Finish Products.
My Finish products have not arrived?
If you have received your email confirmation following your claim and your tablets have not arrived, please contact Europe.ConsumerRelations@rb.com.
