To clean your cooker’s solid hotplates, you should always allow them to fully cool down before touching the area. We would suggest using a solid hotplate cleaning agent. To remove any dampness from the hotplates turn them on for a few minutes to burn off. This will prevent rusting. Whilst not essential, applying a thin layer of cooking oil regularly will help keep your hotplates looking great.
