This could be that the load in the washer dryer is not evenly distributed. This can happen if you mix heavy garments, such as towels, with lighter items of clothing. It is not possible for the washer dryer to achieve full speed when this happens. If an out of balance load is detected, the washer dryer will try to re-distribute the load itself and this can take time. If only a few items are washed it may not be possible for the washer dryer to reach full spin. You can solve this by adding more garments to subsequent cycles. If the filter is blocked, it can stop your Beko washing machine from spinning. To unblock your filter please refer to your instruction manual.
