My Beko washing machine/washer dryer is not taking in fabric softener/conditioner.

You can remove the detergent drawer of your washing machine or washer dryer to remove any build-up of conditioner using hot water. The softener siphon (generally blue) can also be removed from the drawer for cleaning. It may also help to clean the roof of the compartment, which is best done with a long-handled plastic brush.
