Why is my dishwasher leaking?

If there is water leaking from the bottom of your dishwasher, it could be that the water drain hose is clogged, twisted, or the pump filter may be clogged. We recommend you clean or flatten the hose, or clean the pump filter, to help prevent your dishwasher from leaking in the future.

To keep your dishwasher in the best possible condition, it is important to clean your machine’s interior and exterior on a regular basis. In doing so, you can prevent unwanted smells from occurring, as well as protecting your appliance from damage. For easy-to follow instructions and videos that explain how to clean your dishwasher, check out our dedicated how to clean a dishwasher guide.

If, after checking the hose and pump filter, your dishwasher is still leaking, we recommend you consult your dishwasher manual. If you have lost of misplaced your manual, click here to download a copy. Additionally, please contact Beko’s Customer Service for assistance. We do not recommend that you try to repair the appliance yourself. Our expert support team will be more than happy to assist and organise technical assistance for you.
